Dr. Lari is a consultant Plastic Surgeon with more than 30 years of surgical experience. He has made pioneer work and major contributions both locally and internationally in the field of plastic surgery with special emphasis on body contouring.

Dr Lari has held many posts, to mention just a few:

• Chairman of Department of Plastic Surgery
• President of Kuwait Society of Plastic Surgery
• President of Gulf Association of Plastic Surgery
• General Secretary of Gulf Association of Plastic Surgery
• President of Pan Arab Association of Plastic Surgeons
• National Secretary of International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)
• Member of IPRAS (Internation Federation of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery)
• Member of Editorial Board of Kuwait Medical Journal

Dr. Lari is currently the president of WASAPS (West of Asia Society of Aesthetic Surgery). He is also a member of many international societies. His articles about plastic and aesthetic surgery procedures were published in many international peer reviewed medical journals. He is frequently invited as a faculty member in regional and international arena. He conducted many international congresses, symposia and workshops where he made numerous presentations and chaired sessions and panels.
